TCM Treatment of Dysfunction in the late Distal Radius Fractures

目的：观察中医综合保守治疗桡骨远端骨折后期功能障碍患者的临床效果。方法：选取105桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,根据改良的Green-O’Brien腕关节评分选择评定为差（65分以下）患者作为研究对象,共获得有效患者103例;采用中药熏洗辅以理筋手法治疗,7天为1个疗程,3个疗程后复行功能评定,观察临床治疗效果。随访时间为治疗后1~3个月。结果：根据改良的Green-O’Brien评分评定疗效：优60例,良37例,可2例,差4例,优良率为94.2%。结论：中药熏洗配合理筋手法能有效改善桡骨远端骨折后期患者的功能障碍,根据适应证选择正确及时的治疗方法和康复训练为桡骨远端骨折后期功能障碍治疗的关键,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study the effects of TCM comprehensive treatment on distal radius fractures late dysfunction.Methods：A total of 1105 cases were analyzed retrospectively.According to score of the modified Green-O＇Brien wrist joint there were 103 poor cases（below 65points）that received effective Using chinese herbal fumigation and washing to combine tendon-regulating method treatment;And 7days for a course of treatment,after 3course of complex functional assessment,observed the treatment effect at last.Results：All Patients were followed up after treatment 1to 6month.According to the modification of the Green-O＇Brien wrist score 60 were assessed to be excellent.37 good result,2fair result and 4poor result,Excellent and good rate were 94.17%.Conclusion：Chinese herbal fumigation and washing to combine tendon-regulating method treatment can significantly improve the function in the late Distal Radius Fractures.It is the key to obtain a good function in master the indications and select correct treatment ways and timely rehabilitation training,it＇s worth promoting.
