脑胶质瘤术后复发的临床治疗及预后 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究脑胶质瘤术后复发的临床治疗方法和预后。方法 32例脑胶质瘤复发患者,均采用再手术治疗,观察术后患者临床症状改善情况、并发症情况、再手术后存活期以及影响预后相关因素。结果再手术治疗后,临床症状:27例(84.4%)得到有效改善,3例无改善,2例出现恶化;并发症:6例愈合不良,2例切口感染,2例肺部感染,1例术后癫痫;患者术后平均存活期为(83.4±3.6)周。结论对脑胶质瘤术后复发患者采取适当再手术治疗,与化疗、放疗相结合,对改善患者临床症状,降低并发症发生率,延长存活周期具有重要意义。
