护理干预对老年急性冠状动脉综合征患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of nursing intervention for senile acute coronary syndrome patient

目的观察护理干预对老年急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者的临床效果。方法 60例急性冠状动脉综合征老年患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组在常规治疗基础上开展基础护理,观察组则在对照组基础上开展临床护理干预。观察两组患者生活质量改善情况、病情复发率。结果观察组患者出院时生活质量评分明显优于入院时和对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率为0,明显低于对照组的20.0%(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗与护理基础上针对老年ACS患者开展临床护理干预有利于纠正患者不良生活习惯,改善生活质量,从而保持患者病情稳定并平稳恢复,降低并发症,有效预防病情复发,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention for senile acute coronary syndrome（ACS） patients. Methods A total of 60 senile acute coronary syndrome patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given basic nursing on the basis of conventional treatment, while the observation group received additional clinical nursing intervention. Improvement of life quality and recurrent rate in patients were observed in the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher life quality score than admission and the control group（P0.05）. Recurrent rate was 0 in the observation group, and that was lower than 20.0% of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of clinical nursing intervention on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing is helpful for correcting bad habits to improve life quality. Thus it has positive clinical significance in stabilizing disease and recovery, reducing complications, and effectively prevent relapse.
