摘要
采用"半液相法"以磷石膏为原料制备α高强石膏。考察了蒸压温度、蒸压时间、料浆质量分数以及转晶剂的种类、掺量对抗折强度和抗压强度的影响,得出了磷石膏制备α高强石膏的最佳工艺。结果表明:蒸压温度为140℃,蒸压时间3 h,制样质量分数66.7%,硫酸铝用量为0.1%,三元羧酸用量为0.05%(以磷石膏质量计算)时可制备出抗压强度为34.7 MPa的高强石膏,符合α高强石膏JC/T 2008-2010强度标准。
The experiment investigated effects of autoclave temperature, autoclave time, concentration slurry and the dosage of crystal modifier on bending strength and compressive strength of α high-strength gypsum. The optimum technology of preparation of α high-strength gypsum was obtained by phosphogypsum. The results show that 34.7 MPa high strength gypsum can be obtained under the following conditions:autoclave temperature of 140 ℃, autoclave time of 3 h, water content in the slurry of 66.7% with aluminum sulfate 0.1% and tervalence carboxylic acid salt 0.05%(by phosphogypsum mass). It conforms to the standard JC/T 2008-2010.
