摘要
以蒙脱土(MMT)为填料,氧化石墨烯作为分散剂,制备了氧化石墨烯/蒙脱土复合粉体(MC),将其填充到天然橡胶(NR)中,得到橡胶复合材料。考察了混炼胶的硫化性能,分析了硫化胶的机械性能。结果表明,MMT和MC都可以增加混炼胶的硫化速度,硫化胶的拉伸强度、耐磨、耐溶剂和交联密度等性能均得到了较大提高。比较MMT和MC两种填料,发现MC对天然橡胶性能的补强效果明显高于MMT。其中添加量为5 g的MC5/NR复合材料的性能最佳,拉伸强度达到19.9 MPa,磨耗体积为0.60 cm3,交联密度为0.288 mol/L。
In this paper, graphene oxide as disperser, montmorillonite(MMT) as fillers, the composite powder of graphene/montmorillonite(MC) were prepared. The natural rubber(NR) composites filled with MC and MMT were prepared. The vulcanization properties of mixing rubber and mechanical of vulcanized rubber was investigated. The results showed that MMT and MC increased the vulcanization rate of mixing rubber and improved tensile strength, abrasion resistance, solvent resistance and crosslinking density of vulcanized rubber. It can be found that MC had a much higher reinforcing effect on natural rubber composites comparing to MMT.The performance of MC5/NR composite was highest. The tensile strength,wear volume and crosslinking density were 19.9 MPa, 0.60 cm3 and 0.288 mol/L, respectively.
