摘要
为降低造纸填料干燥所需能耗,提高填料留着率,优化造纸制浆工艺,通过调节聚丙烯酸钠、焦磷酸钠、乳化剂OP-10、消泡剂硅类4种助剂用量,将用于造纸的碳酸钙制备成50%高稳定性浆料。研究了助剂用量对碳酸钙浆料沉降高度、黏度的影响及碳酸钙浆料的稳定机理。结果表明,制备的高固含量碳酸钙浆料黏度为94.17 mm2/s,168 h后仍保持高稳定性,Zeta电位为-29.43 m V,其稳定机理主要是空间位阻作用。
In order to save the required energy consumption for drying filler used in paper, improve the filler retention, and optimize the paper pulping process, calcium carbonate used in paper is preparated for high stable slurry. The dosage of additives on the settling height and viscosity of calcium carbonate slurry, as well as its stability mechanism are studied. Results show that the viscosity of high solid content of calcium carbonate slurry is 94.17 mm2/s, the Zeta of the slurry is-29.43 m V, and it can be keep high stability after 168 h, the main stability mechanism is space stable effect.
