探讨糖尿病门诊护理患者失访的原因分析与对策

Investigation of the Reasons of Loss of Follow-up in Diabetic Patients with Outpatient Nursing and the Corresponding Countermeasures

目的探讨糖尿病门诊护理患者失访的原因,并探寻相应的对策。方法对314例失访的糖尿病患者采取电话随访的方法进行开放式提问,以明确并总结失访的具体原因。结果 206例患者成功联系上。受访糖尿病患者门诊护理失访原因主要有缺乏糖尿病门诊护理意识;糖尿病门诊点未在建档医院;患者感觉良好未重视糖尿病门诊护理;年龄大、行动不便;距离远就近复诊。结论应用加强糖尿病门诊护理方面和糖尿病相关知识的宣教,让患者认识糖尿病门诊护理的重要性,提高他们的复诊意识和自我护理意识。

Objective To investigate the reasons that cause the loss of follow-up in diabetic patients with outpatient nursing and explore the corresponding countermeasures. Methods 314 diabetic patients with loss of follow-up were questioned some open questions by the telephone interview for making clear and summarizing the specific causes of loss of follow-up. Results 206 cases were contacted successfully. And the reasons causing the loss of follow-up in diabetic patients with outpatient nursing mainly are the following： the patient is lack of the awareness of outpatient nursing for diabetes; the diabetic clinic is not in the hospital build- ing the profile; the patients feel good and do not pay attention to the outpatient nursing for diabetes; the patient is old and has in- convenience of action; and the patients undergo the subsequent visit in the nearer hospital due to the diabetic clinic of our hospital is far away. Conclusion The education of knowledge related to outpatient nursing for diabetes and diabetes mellitus in the diabetic patients should be strengthened in order to make them realize the importance of outpatient nursing for diabetes and improve their consciousness of subsequent visit and self-care.
