有关糖尿病足的影像学检查与介入治疗

Imaging Examination and Interventional Therapy Related to Diabetic Foot

目的对糖尿病足患者的影像学特点进行分析,并采取相应的介入治疗。方法抽选该院收治的42例糖尿病足患者作为观察对象,给予患者X线、MRI与DSA等相关影像学检查,进而根据检查结果采取相应介入治疗。结果经影像学检查表现为局部的软组织溃疡、骨质炎性样变化与不同程度的患肢动脉狭窄,给予介入治疗后,情况得到有效改善,整体效果显著,未出现截肢病例。结论在结合糖尿病足患者的影像学特点,给予其相应介入治疗,整体效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the imaging feafures of diabetic foot and take the corresponding interventional therapy. Methods 42 cases with diabetic foot admitted in our hospital were selected as the observation object and given X-ray, MRI and DSA imag- ing examination. And the patients were given corresponding interventional therapy in accordance with the inspection results. Re- suits The result of the imaging examination showed local soft tissue ulcer, inflammatory changes in sclerotin and varying degrees of artery stenosis in the affected limb, but all were improved after corresponding interventional therapy. The overall effect was remarkable, no amputation case appeared. Conclusion Corresponding interventional therapy based on the imaging characteristics of the patients with diabetic foot has significant overall effect, so it is worthy of promotion.
