系统护理干预对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention on the Treatment Compliance of Patients with Diabetes

目的分析系统护理干预对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法资料随机选自2013年7月—2014年7月该院收治的糖尿病患者72例,均予以系统护理干预,对比患者干预前后治疗依从性与生活质量。结果干预后患者治疗完全依从率明显优于干预前,且干预后患者躯体活动、角色活动、精力与活力及人际交往等生活质量指标均优于干预前,前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者应用系统护理干预能有效提升患者治疗依从性并稳定血糖水平。

Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of patients with diabetes Methods The data of 72 cases with diabetes admitted in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 were selected. All the patients were given systematic nursing intervention. And the treatment compliance and quality of life of the patients before and after the intervention were compared. Results After the intervention, the rate of full treatment compliance was much better than that before tho^intervention. And the physical activity, role activity, energy and vitality, and interpersonal interaction and other indexes of quality of life of the patients were obviously better than those before the intervention, the differences before and after the intervention were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance and stabilize the level of blood glucose of patients with diabetes.
