通络养阴汤联合穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病周围血管病变临床探讨 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨通络养阴汤联合穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病周围血管病变临床效果。方法病例资料均来源于该院近期收治糖尿病周围血管病变患者140例,采用随机抽样方法分为对照组(70例)和中西医结合组(70例),分别给予西医常规治疗和在此基础上再给予通络养阴汤+穴位贴敷治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后足背动脉血流和血管踝肱指数等。结果对照组和中西医结合组患者临床治疗总有效率分别为58.57%(41/70),90.00%(63/70);中西医结合组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西医结合组患者治疗后足背动脉血流和血管踝肱指数均显著优于对照组、治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通络养阴汤联合穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病周围血管病变在缓解临床症状体征,改善下肢动脉血流情况方面优势明显,具有临床应用价值。
