探讨胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能进的临床应用价值

目的探讨为糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进患者应用胰岛素治疗的实际效果。方法选取2013年4月—2014年6月2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能进患者100例,按随机数字表法将其分成实验组50例,对照组50例,对照组应用胰岛素注射治疗,实验组应用胰岛素泵进行胰岛素注射治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果实验组疾病治疗总有效率为96.0%,不良反应发生率为18.0%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进,效果显著,值得临床进一步应用、推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of insulin for diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism treat- ment. Methods from 2013 4 months to 2014 6 months of thyroid function in type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients with 100 cases, were randomly divided into experimental group 50 cases, control group 50 cases, control group used insulin injection therapy, the experimental group usedinsulin pump, insulin injection therapy, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results the exper- imental group disease treatment the tota] effective rate was 96%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 18%, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion insulin pump in the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus complicated withhyperthyroidism, significant effect, worthy of further clinical application, popularization.
