施用钾肥对苹果产量及果实品质的影响

Influence of Potassium Fertilizer Application on Yield and Fruit Quality of Apple

施用不同水平钾肥对苹果产量及果实品质的影响试验结果表明,钾肥对果实产量和品质的影响效果明显,增施钾肥可明显提高产量、单果重、VC、蛋白质、可溶性糖含量。增施适量钾肥能够有效地改善红富士苹果的各个品质指标,但是施用钾肥超过适量的范围时对各个指标表现出抑制作用。

The results of influence of different potassium fertilizer level application on yield and fruit quality of apple showed that potassium fertilizer had obvious effects on yield and quality of fruit.Increasing potassium fertilizer could obviously increase the yield,fruit weight,Vc,protein,soluble sugar content.Increasing a moderate amount of potassium fertilizer could effectively improve the individual quality of Fuji apple,but it showed inhibitory effect when potassium fertilizer beyond the scope of right amount to each index.
