摘要
耕地质量动态监测是耕地保护工作的基础,为耕地保护管理部门科学决策提供支撑依据。在分析耕地保护形势的基础上,对耕地质量动态监测在耕地保护中的重要作用进行了探讨,并从完善耕地质量动态监测管理的法律保障体系、强化耕地质量动态监测数据质量、加强耕地质量动态监测科学研究及耕地质量动态监测人才队伍建设等方面提出了思路和建议。
The dynamic monitoring of quality is the basis of arable farmland protection,providing scientific management and decision-making for farmland protection administration.Based on the analysis of the situation on farmland protection,the important role of dynamic monitoring of the quality of arable land in farmland protection was discussed,ideas and suggestions on perfecting the legal security system of arable land quality dynamic monitoring and management,strengthening the data quality,enhancing the scientific research and the talent team construction of arable land quality dynamic monitoring were put forward.
