基于SWOT分析的黄河三角洲数字农业发展战略分析

The SWOT Analysis on Development Strategy of Digital Agriculture of Yellow River Delta

利用SWOT模型,分析了黄河三角洲地区发展数字农业的基础条件:具备完善的基础地理信息设施、特色明显的农产品,以及在国内较有影响力的农产品生产与集散基地,但也面临着科技人才短缺、农业生产的区域一体化等挑战。最后,提出了建设数字农业的对策:科学规划、有序进行,优化配置、统一建设,建立有效的信息化推进机制。

In this paper,using the SWOT model,the basic conditions of the Digital Yellow River Delta area were analyzed ：Though have fundamental geographic information infrastructure,distinctive agricultural products,domestic influential agricultural products production and distribution base,but also facing science and technology talent shortage of agricultural production,regional integration challenges.Finally,the countermeasures in the construction of digital agriculture were put forward ：scientific planning and orderly optimize the allocation of the unified construction,build the effective information push mechanism.
