摘要
企业经营环境的变化要求企业的人力资源管理必须从以控制为目的的"控制型"人力资源管理转型为以驱动价值创造为目的的"经营型"人力资源管理。文章以A公司为例,分析了我国目前企业人力资源管理由"控制型"向"经营型"转型面临的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。
The change of business environment is promoting the human resources management's transformation from the Control Mode to Drive Mode. The Control Mode's intention is to control the behavior of employees. The Drive Mode's intention is to motivate employees to create value for the customers and the company. Taking A company as an example, the paper analyzes the problems of HRM's transformation from the Control Mode to the Drive Mode, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
