精细化管理在病区医师门诊服务中的应用研究

The Application of Meticulous Management in Ward Physicians’ Outpatient Serv ices study

目的：探讨精细化管理在我院病区医师出门诊管理中的应用效果。方法：2014年1月开始，我院病区医师出门诊中应用精细化管理方法，制定了《病区医师出门诊管理规定》，加强门诊管理。结果：与去年同期相比，实施精细化管理后，病区医师出门诊次数、门诊人次明显增加，患者投诉明显减少，满意度明显升高（ P＜0．05）。结论：精细化管理应用于病区医师的门诊坐诊管理中收效好，值得推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect and significance of the meticulous management in ward physicians’ outpatient services of our hospital.Methods：According to the idea of meticulous management ,”regulations of outpatient services of ward physicians” was formulated and carried out in January2014,and was expected to strengthen the management of outpatient department in our hospital .Re-sults：Compared with the same period last year, there are much more attendance of outpatient service of ward physicians , and much less complaints of patients.At the same time, satisfaction degree of patients was significantly increased after the implementation of meticulous management （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion： With a good effect in the management of outpatient service of ward physicians, the meticulous management is worthy of application and popularization.
