自噬在银屑病角质形成细胞中的水平及病理意义 被引量:1

Levels of autophagy in psoriatic keratinocytes and its pathological role

摘要 自噬是真核细胞中普遍存在的现象,自噬水平的异常已被证明与诸多疾病存在关联。研究表明,自噬水平下降与细胞异常增殖、分化及炎症密切相关,而银屑病皮损中存在细胞增殖、分化与免疫调节异常,表明银屑病发病机制与角质形成细胞自噬水平异常可能存在一定的联系。近年来的研究提示,银屑病角质形成细胞中自噬的水平异常可能参与了银屑病病理机制的形成。概述自噬与细胞增殖、分化及炎症的关系、银屑病角质形成细胞的病理状态以及正常角质形成细胞与银屑病角质形成细胞中的自噬的相关研究。 Autophagy is a general phenomenon in eukaryotic cells, and it has turned out that dysregulated autophagy contributes to the development of many diseases. Researches have indicated that down- regulation of autophagy is closely related to abnormal cell proliferation, differentiation and inflammation. It has been found that abnormal cell proliferation, differentiation and immune regulation exist in skin lesions of psoriasis. These findings suggest a link between the pathogenesis of psoriasis and dysregulated autophagy in keratinocytes, and recent studies have shown that abnormal keratinocyte autophagy may be involved in the pathological mechanism in psoriasis. This review presents recent advances in studies on the relationship of autophagy with cell proliferation, differenliation and inflammation, pathological state of psoriatic keratinocytes, autophagy in normal keratinocytes and psoriatic keratinocytes.
