白地祛脂合剂治疗轻、中度痤疮73例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Mild to Moderate Level of Acnes by Using Baidiquzhi Chinese Liquid Medicine

目的评价白地祛脂合剂治疗轻、中度痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、单盲、阳性对照的临床研究方法观察白地祛脂合剂(治疗组,80例)治疗轻、中度痤疮的临床疗效,并与采用丹参酮胶囊(对照组,64例)治疗的患者进行对照。结果治疗6周后,治疗组脱落7例,对照组脱落9例,73例治疗组皮损计数的有效率为41.10%,炎性皮损的有效率为57.53%,非炎性皮损的有效率为33.85%;55例对照组分别为40.00%,49.09%和26.09%;两组的差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率为分别为3.75%和12.50%,差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白地祛脂合剂治疗轻、中度痤疮疗效显著,能明显的改善患者生活质量,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of treatment of mild to moderate acnes by using Baidiquzhi Chinese liquid medicine. Method This study applied three methods： random sampling, single- blind procedure and contrast research method. The three Methods evaluated the clinical effects of the treatment on mild to moderate level of aches by comparing between the Baidiquzhi Chinese liquid medicine and Danshentong capsule. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the treatment group lost 7 cases, whereas the control group lost 9 cases. The total effective rates in the treatment group on curing total acne vulgaris number, the inflammatory lesions and the non-inflammatory lesions of acnes were 41.10% , 57. 53% and 33.85 % , respectively; whereas the control group were 40.00%, 49. 09% and 26.09%, respectively, with no significant difference between them （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The adverse-reaction rate in the treatment group was 3.75% ; whereas the control group 12. 50% （P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Baidiquzhi Chinese liquid medicine is an effective therapy for curing mild to moderate aches with significant effect, which can improve patient＇ s quality of life immeasurably without any adverse-reaction.
