摘要
致敏性是外用护肤品研发中考察的毒性试验项目之一,传统皮肤过敏试验是根据动物皮肤重复接触受试品后的反应,对受试品的致敏性进行评价,但存在动物用量大、检测结果主观性强等问题。近年来,皮肤过敏试验开始采用细胞培养、重组皮肤、计算机专家系统等替代模型,动物应用减少,科学性和人道性得到提升。本文比较系统地介绍了各种皮肤过敏试验方法、存在问题及发展前景,为外用护肤品研发提供借鉴。
Irritability is one of the toxicity test items in the development of external skin care products. Traditional skin allergy tests evaluate sensitization potential by detecting animal skin reactions after repeated exposure to test substances. There exist many disadvantages, such as large amount of experimental animals and subjective detection means. The application of cell culture, restructure skin and silicon models have been developed in recent years. Animal use has been reduced. The scientificity and humanity of skin allergy tests were im- proveed significantly. This paper systematically introduces skin allergy tests, existing problems and future prospects to provide reference for the development of external skin care products.
