摘要
绿色设计是一种将经济利益与资源消耗平衡的技术概念。文章以加工汽车转向节为例,将绿色设计中的Reduce、Reuse应用于工艺装备设计中;运用材料学、工艺学、绿色理念等多学科交叉的绿色设计,并采用Pro/E三维建模软件对夹具体进行虚拟平衡分析,设计了一套汽车转向节加工工装。
Green design is a new concept of technology,of which purpose is to achieve the balance of economic benefit and resource consumption.Taking automobile steering knuckle as a study example,the green design is applied to the design of process equipment by Reduce and Reuse.A set of processing tooling for automobile steering knuckle is designed by using the material science,technology,green concept and other interdisciplinary green design methods,and by using the 3D modeling software Pro/E for the virtual equilibrium analysis of steering knuckle.
