与普通水相比,磁化水的使用可促使色泽深度增加,原因可能与水的表面张力下降及染料溶解度增加有关。水表面张力的下降会使得毛细作用增强,促使上染率增加。越多的染料竭染,则越有利于染色废水负荷的降低。由于磁化水降低了水的表面张力,使得润湿剂的用量有所减少。
The use of magnetized water results in increased depth of shades compared to normal water. This increase in depth of shade in the presence of magnetized water may be due to lower surface tension of water and increases in solubility of the dyes. Surface tension of water decreases, resulting in increased capillary action thus causing an increase in dye uptake. This more exhaustion of dye helps in the reduction of effluent load. Since magnetized water reduces the surface tension of water, there is a considerable reduction in need for wetting agents.
