摘要 用阳离子染料对芳砜纶/芳纶1313混纺纤维进行染色,研究了各因素对染色效果的影响。结果表明:用阳离子染料染色,最合适的载体是苯乙酮;最佳染色工艺是:阳离子染料3%(o.w.f),苯乙酮用量40 g/L,氯化钠用量15 g/L,染液p H值4-5,染色温度140℃,染色时间60 min,浴比1∶30。用该工艺染色的芳砜纶/芳纶1313混纺纤维的染色效果较好,各项牢度均达到4级标准,透染性好,染色后纤维的断裂强力略有下降,能够满足商业使用的要求。 Polysulfonamide( PSA) / poly-m-phenylene isophthalamide( MPIA) blended fiber was dyed with cationic dye. The influence of various factors was studied. The results showed that the optimum carrier was acetophenone when dyeing with cationic dye. The optimal dyeing process was as follows: cationic dye was 3%( o. w. f),dosage of acetophenone was 40 g / L and the dosage of sodium chloride was 15 g / L,p H value of the dyebath was 4 to 5,dyeing temperature was 140 ℃ and dyeing time was 60 minutes.The liquor ratio was 1∶30. The dyeing effect of PSA / MPIA blended fiber was better under this dyeing process. All the fastness reached level 4 standard and the dye permeability was perfect. The breaking strength of fiber decreased a little after dyeing. So it can satisfy the requirements of commercial use.
