摘要
分析了国内首条SSMMS纺熔复合非织造布生产线的主要纺黏工艺参数对产品性能的影响。测试了单一工艺参数变化对产品性能的影响,并利用正交试验对所选工艺参数进行优化。正交试验和单因素试验结果表明,面密度为22 g/m2的SSMMS非织造布的最优纺黏生产工艺为:螺杆挤出量500 kg/h、冷却风量15 km3/h、冷却风温14℃、成网速度200 m/min、热轧辊压力70 N/mm和热轧温度143℃。
The effect of key spun-bond technology parameters on the properties for the first inland SSMMS nonwoven equipment was analyzed,and the effect of single technology parameter on products properties was tested,and the selected process parameters was optimized with orthogonal experiment. According to the results of optimized analysis and single factor experiment,the optimal production spun-bond technology of22 g / m^2 SSMMS nonwovens is as follows: screw extrusion output is 500 kg / h,volume of cooling air is15 km3/ h,temperature of cooling air is 14 ℃,lapping speed is 200 m / min,hot roll pressure is70 N / mm,hot rolling temperature is 143 ℃.
