摘要
开展罗汉松叶部真菌性病害的调查与鉴定,为罗汉松的病害防控提供参考。从广西南宁市良凤江国家森林公园采集罗汉松病叶标本,采用组织分离法、致病性测定确定病原菌。通过结合病原菌的培养性状、形态特征及rDNA-ITS序列分析,最终确定病原菌的分类地位。将罗汉松的这3种病害分别鉴定为炭疽病(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)、叶尖枯病(Pestalotiopsis virgatula)及叶枯病(Alternaria alternata)。其中,由A.alternata引起的叶枯病和P.virgatula引起的叶尖枯病为首次报道的罗汉松病害。
The fungal pathogen of Podocarpus macrophyllus leafdiseases was identified for the future work of preventing and controlling thesediseases.Thediseased samples of P.macrophyllus leafdiseases were collected from Nanning Liangfengjiang National Forest Park of Guangxi.The pathogens could be obtained by pathogen isolation and pathogenicity test.The pathogens were identified based on their cultural characteristics,mophological characteristics and rDNA-ITS sequencing.The pathogens were identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Pestalotiopsis virgatula and Alternaria alternata.Among them,leaf blightdisease caused by A.alternata and leaf tip blight caused by P.virgatula were newdiseases on P.macrophyllus,which have not been reported.
