Interaction Effects of Variety,Stalk Position,Topping and Remained Leaf Number on the Leaf Tissue Structure of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要 [目的]探索烤烟品种、叶位、打顶与留叶数对烟叶组织结构的影响。[方法]通过采用不同农艺操作方法对石林烟区的3个烤烟品种进行组织结构测定,并探索品种、叶位、打顶及留叶数对烟草叶片组织结构的综合影响。[结果]单因素作用下对烟叶组织结构的影响强弱状况为:品种>叶位>打顶>留叶,不同的留叶处理对烟叶的组织结构没有显著影响。对2个因素交互效应的分析表明,各组双因素交互作用均对烟叶的叶厚、栅栏厚和海绵厚有显著影响,与打顶相关的三组双因素组合对叶片海绵组织厚度产生影响最为明显。对3个因素交互效应的分析表明,不同指标受多因素共同作用影响的强弱状况为叶厚>海绵>栅栏>上表皮>下表皮。[结论]该研究可为优化烤烟栽培技术提供参考。 [Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effects of tobacco variety,stalk position,topping and number of remained leaves on the leaf tissue structure of flue-cured tobacco. [Method]After using different topping methods,the tissue structure of three tobacco varieties in Shilin tobacco region was determined. The comprehensive effects of variety,stalk position,topping and number of remained leaves on the leaf tissue structure of flue-cured tobacco were discussed. [Result] The influencing degree of single factors on the leaf tissue structure of tobacco in order was variety stalk position topping remained leaf number. The results of double-factor interaction analysis showed that each group of double-factor interaction all had significant effects on the leaf thickness,palisade tissue thickness,spongy tissue thickness of tobacco.Three sets of double-factor related with topping had the most significant effects on the spongy tissue thickness of tobacco leaf. The results of three-factor interaction analysis showed that the influencing degree of factors by multiple-factor interaction in order was leaf thickness spongy tissue thickness palisade tissue thickness upper epidermis thickness lower epidermis thickness. [Conclusion] The research could provide references for optimizing the cultivation techniques of flue-cured tobacco.
