基于丽水市农家乐产业发展面临的"功能偏离"和"瓶颈突显"等问题,文章分析在进入"十三五"时期后,丽水农家乐将进入"提升和品牌"与"扩面和转型"并存期,由此提出"种子工程"的概念、意义及价值,认为播"种子"并形成工程的策略有归口管理、乡镇主导、项目整合、分批推进等。

Based on an analysis of the current problems of function deviation and development bottleneck in the agritainment of Lishui,anticipates the new phase of brand-strengthening,scale-expanding and function-transition,and accordingly puts forward the Seed Project,the strategies for which include specialized management,township dominance,project integration and step-by-step advance.
