9种植物种子在钴胁迫下发芽特性及富集能力研究 被引量:4

Research of Germination Characteristics and Cobalt Accumulation Abilities of Nine Kinds of Plant Seeds under the Cobalt Stress

摘要 [目的]研究9种植物种子在钴胁迫下发芽特性及富集能力。[方法]以甜高粱、玉米、蕹菜、豇豆、狼尾草、油菜、红豆、豌豆和萝卜为材料,研究钴胁迫对9种供试植物种子发芽及富集能力的影响。[结果]随着钴浓度的增加,各供试植物种子的相对发芽率、相对发芽势和相对发芽指数呈明显的下降趋势。植物种子钴含量正相关于钴胁迫浓度,相同浓度下不同植物种子钴含量表现出差异显著性,在钴浓度为120 mg/L时,油菜的钴含量最高,为2 399.15 mg/kg,而钴含量最低的玉米仅为72.45 mg/kg。不同植物的钴积累量受生物量和钴含量影响,油菜的生物量最小,为3.12 mg/粒,积累量为7.49μg/粒。[结论]综合各个评价指标得出芽期耐钴性及富集能力较好的植物种子为油菜和萝卜,较差的为豌豆和豇豆。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the germination characteristics and cobalt accumulation abilities of nine kinds of plant seeds under cobalt stress.[Method]In this paper,we studied the germination characteristics and cobalt accumulation abilities of sweet sorghum,maize,water spinach,cowpea,Chinese pennisetum,rape,Ormosia,pea and carrot seeds under the cobalt stress. [Result] The relative germination rate,relative germination potential and relative germination index of all tested plant seeds obviously decreased with the increase of cobalt concentration. There was a positive correlation between cobalt stress concentration and cobalt content in the plant seeds,but the difference of cobalt content in different plant seeds was significant,in which cobalt content in rape seed( 2 399. 15 mg / kg) was the highest under the 120 mg / L of cobalt stress concentration,and that was the lowest in maize seed( 72. 45 mg / kg). Cobalt accumulation of different plants is closely related with its biomass and cobalt content,in which biomass( 3. 12 mg per grain) of rape was the lowest and its accumulation was 7. 49 μg per grain.[Conclusion]Above all,cobalt resistances and cobalt accumulation abilities of rape and carrot seeds were higher,and that of pea and cowpea seeds were lower in budding time.
