基于农产品质量安全矿区农业土壤合理利用的环境补偿探讨——以冷水江锡矿山为例

Discussion of Environmental Compensation for Rational Utilization of Agro-soil Based on the Quality Safety of Agricultural Products in Mine Area——A Case of Lengshuijiang Tin Mine

矿区土壤污染严重影响农产品质量,威胁人体健康。以冷水江锡矿山为例,通过土壤环境质量评价,制订经济补偿程序,在土壤资源紧缺的情况下,为了充分利用土壤资源,对改变耕种方式进行经济补偿以提高土壤利用率,同时又能保障农产品质量安全,以期为矿区土壤科学综合利用提供参考。

The quality of agricultural products is affected by soil contamination in mine region,which has great threat to human health. Taking the Lengshuijiang tin mine for example,the evaluation system of soil environmental quality was established,and the procedure of economic compensation was made. Compensation was given to change the mode of cultivation,increase soil utilization rate on soil resource constraints,and guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products,in order to provide the reference for the comprehensive utilization of mine soil.
