郴州烤烟评吸质量与外观特征的关系分析

Relationship Analysis of Smoking Quality and Exterior Feature of Flue- cured Tobacco in Chenzhou

[目的]研究湖南郴州烤烟评吸质量指标与外观质量指标的关系。[方法]选取湖南郴州烟区90个烤烟样品,进行外观质量和感官评吸测试,对其得分进行统计分析。[结果]分析表明,烟叶外观质量指标和感官评吸质量在所取样本间变幅不大,郴州不同等级的烟叶在外观因素、感官评吸指标方面上存在一定的差异,但其变异属于低变异度。烟叶感官评吸指标刺激性与外观质量指标的成熟度、身份、油分呈极显著负相关,浓度与组织结构呈显著负相关。评吸总分与成熟度、发育状况、身份、油分呈极显著正相关,与其他指标没有达到显著相关水平。通过逐步回归分析得出郴州烟区评吸总分与感官外观质量因素指标的多元回归方程Y=42.213+0.971X成熟度+0.569X油分,表明评吸质量与成熟度和油分呈正相关水平,这2个变量因素对评吸质量的相关影响达到95%的程度。[结论]研究可为科学合理地选用烟叶原料,优化叶组配方,充分发挥各种烟叶的潜在质量,合理利用烟叶资源,提高卷烟产品质量提供一定的理论依据。

[Objective] To study the relationship of sensory smoking quality and appearance quality of Chenzhou Hunan flue- cured tobacco.[Method]Selecting 90 flue- cured tobacco samples,the appearance quality and sensory evaluation test scores were statistically analyzed.[Result]The results indicated that： tobacco appearance quality indicators and sensory evaluation of the quality of the samples ranged between small,there are some differences of different levels of tobacco in the appearance factors and sensory evaluation,but the variation is a low variability. Sensory irritation index of tobacco smoking and appearance quality indicators of maturity,identity,oil was a significant negatively correlated,concentration and organizational structure was a significant negative correlation. Score of smoking and maturity,development status,identity,oil was a significant positive correlation,with other indicators did not reach the level of significant correlation. By stepwise regression analysis,Chenzhou tobacco smoking area and sensory scores appearance quality indicators multiple regression equation： Y = 42. 213 ＋0. 971Xmaturity＋ 0. 569 Xoil,this equation showed that the smoking quality was positively correlate with the maturity and oil,and these 2 factors had the influence degree of 95% on the smoking quality. [Conclusion] The study can provide a certain theoretical basis for scientific and rational selection of raw tobacco,optimization of leaf formula,rational use of tobacco leaf resource,and improvement of flue-cured tobacco quality.
