摘要
[目的]考察密闭微波消解进行样品前处理,ICP-oa TOF-MS法同时测定茶叶中的10种金属元素的可行性。[方法]采用HNO3-H2O2消解,ICP-oa TOF-MS法测定了茶叶中的10种金属元素,并从方法的线性、检出限、精密度和回收率方面进行了验证。[结果]试验表明,线性r〉0.999 5,精密度RSD〈4%,回收率在94.00%%-103.05%,满足实际样品检测的需求。[结论]研究所建立的方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、检测限低等优点,能快速测定茶叶样品中的多种元素,特别是对一些浓度低达ng/L级的超痕量组分的检测。
[Objective]To investigate pre-treatment by hermetic microwave digestion and feasibility of determination 10 elements in tea by using ICP-oa TOF-MS. [Method] A method was used to determination 10 elementss in tea by using ICP-oa TOF-MS after microwave digestion with nitrate- hydrogen peroxide,which was validated from the linearity,accuracy,precision and recovery rate. [Result] Results showed that 10 elements metal the requirements of real sample detection,with linear r 0. 999 5,RSD 4%,and recoveries 94. 00%- 103. 05%. [Conclusion]Compared with other methods,this method is a simple rapid determination multiple elements from tea samples and accurate high sensitivity. Especially for some low concentration of ng / L of the components of the level of trace detection.
