湖北省农村残疾人小康进程影响因素的实证分析——基于湖北三地的调查

An Empirical Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Well-off Process for the Disabled People in Rural Areas in Hubei Province——Based on Investigation of the Three Cities in Hubei Province

针对湖北省宜昌、襄阳、荆门三地的农村残疾人进行调查,基于国家残疾人小康进程监测指标体系,从残疾人的收入、婚姻、就业、社区建设4个方面运用描述统计、皮尔逊积矩相关系数的统计方法结合个案访谈,分析影响湖北省农村残疾人小康进程的重要因素。研究结果表明:农村残疾人收入呈现低收入高生活成本的的窘迫状态;农村残疾人的婚姻需求只要满足其婚姻幸福感便会极大提升;就业方面农村残疾人群体迫切希望政府及相关机构能够发挥其主导性作用以推动就业,同时对于其就业技能应予以指导;在社区的建设上社区工作人员的工作是对残疾人生活影响最大的一个因素。

The rural disabled people in Yichang,Xiangyang and Jingmen were investigated. Based on the national well-off process monitoring index system for the disabled,from income,marriage,employment of disabled people,community construction,by using descriptive statistics,Pearson product moment correlation coefficient,combined with the case interview,the important factors that affect rural disabled people in well-off process in Hubei Province were analyzed. The results showed that rural disabled people income present low-income high cost of living in the state of distress. Rural disabled people＇s marriage demand as long as meet their marriage happiness,will greatly improve. Employment of rural disabled people are eager to the government and related institutions can play a leading role to promote employment,and shall give guidance for their employment skills. Community workers on the construction of community work is one of the biggest factors influence on life for the disabled.
