动植物检疫鉴定信息资料对于做好动植物检疫工作非常重要。在当前全系统的动植物检疫鉴定信息资料不足的背景下,该研究初步探讨了动植物检疫领域数字图书馆的建设意义及特点,并从传统信息的数字化处理、国外信息的中国化翻译、数字信息的标准化整理及网络化传播、理念和人才的引进培养等多个方面提出了动植物检疫领域数字图书馆建设的问题及相应对策措施,以期为实现全系统信息资料的共享,推动动植物检疫领域信息化水平不断提高提供借鉴。

The identification data is extremely essential for the animal and plant quarantine. Under the background of insufficient identification data for animal and plant quarantine,the significance and characteristics of establishing digital library in animal and plant quarantine field was discussed,the problems and countermeasures were put forward from aspects of traditional information digital treatment,China translation of foreign information,digital information standard finishing and network transmission,introduction and culturing of idea and talents,in order to provide a reference for realizing system-wide information sharing,promote continuous improvement of informatization level in animal and plant quarantine field.
