摘要
【目的】调查研究吐鲁番地区榆树食叶害虫榆黄毛萤叶甲Pyrrhalta luteola(Müller)寄生蜂,为利用该寄生蜂对榆黄毛萤叶甲的生物防治提供理论基础。【方法】对吐鲁番地区榆黄毛萤叶甲成虫及其卵粒进行采集,并带回实验室内进行饲养、观察,解剖并鉴定羽化自卵粒的寄生蜂。【结果】从榆黄毛萤叶甲的卵中饲养得到了一种寄生蜂榆毛萤叶甲啮小蜂Oomyzus gallerucae(Fonscolombe),并对其形态特征进行了描述。【结论】报道了新疆榆树重要害虫榆黄毛萤叶甲的卵寄生蜂,发现其自然寄生率比较高,是榆树害虫榆黄毛萤叶甲的重要寄生性天敌,该寄生蜂的发现对吐鲁番地区榆黄毛萤叶甲的生物防治提供了广阔的前景。
【Objective】A preliminary investigation of parasitic wasp of Pyrrhalta luteola( Müller)- one leaf- eating pest of elm in Turpan was conducted,which will provide reference for biological control of Pyrrhalta luteola( Müller).【Method】Pyrrhalta luteola( Müller) and its eggs collected from Turpan were taken back to the laboratory for rearing,observation,dissection,then for identification of the parasitoids emerged from the eggs.【Result】One species of egg parasitoid was reared from the eggs of Pyrrhalta luteola( Müller),and it was identified as Oomyzus gallerucae( Fonscolombe). The morphological characters were described.【Conclusion】It was the first time to report the egg parasitioid of Pyrrhalta luteola( Müller),Oomyzus gallerucae( Fonscolombe) from Xinjiang in this paper. In nature,it has high parasitic rate and is a very important egg parasitoid wasp of Pyrrhalta luteola( Müller),which might help to provide a scientific data for biological control of the elm leaf eating pests in the future.
