摘要
【目的】探究移植脐带间充质干细胞对荷斯坦公犊牛生长性能的影响。〖HT5"H〗【方法】2013年7~12月选取年龄相近、体重差异不显著荷斯坦公犊28头,随机分为对照组和试验组。将培养成功的脐带间充质干细胞按公犊体重×105个/kg干细胞稀释至8 mL颈静脉注射至其体内,对照组注射等量生理盐水。空腹测体重、体高、体斜长、胸围、管围和腰角宽,采血3 500 r/min离心15 min保存血清待检,共6次。〖HT5"H〗【结果】培养出脐带间充质干细胞; 4、 5、6月龄时,试验组平均体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);4月龄时,试验组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);6月龄时,试验组平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组各项体尺指标在公犊生长发育高峰期时均高于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组血清中P含量在3、4、6月龄时显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组血清中Ca含量在5、6月龄时显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。〖HT5"H〗【结论】注射脐带间充质干细胞能够显著增加荷斯坦公犊牛的发育速度,有效的增加其生长性能。
【Objective】To investigate the effect of transplantation of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells on the growth performance of Holstein bull calves. 【Method】From July 2013 to December,28 Holstein calves with similar ages and weights were selected and randomly divided into control and experimental groups.The successfully- cultured umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells were diluted to 8ml according to body weight of male calf 3 × 105 and injected into the jugular vein in vivo. The subjects in the control group were injected with saline. Body fasting body weight,body height and length,heart girth and cannon circumference tube angle width of the subjects in both groups were measured. The subjects in both groups were measured and blood was drawn and centrifuged at 3,500 rpm and kept for 15 min. These kinds of experiments were repeated6 times.【Result】The test successfully cultured umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells; When the calves were4,5 and 6 months of age,the average weight of the experimental group was higher( P〈 0. 05) than that of the control group; At 4 months of age,the daily average gain of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group( P〈 0. 05); At 6 months of age,the daily average gain of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group g( P〈0. 01). Various indexes like body size of the test group at the peak of the growth and development of male calves were higher,and the difference was significant( P〈 0. 05). P content in the test serum at 3,4 and 6 months of age was significantly higher( P〈 0. 05). Test serum Ca content of 5,6 months old at the time was significantly higher( P〈 0. 05).【Conclusion】Injecting umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells could significantly increase the growth rate of Holstein bull calves and effectively enhance their growth performance.
