摘要
脊髓损伤发病率和致残率较高,严重危害患者的生命健康,目前尚无安全、有效地治疗方法。促红细胞生成素作为一种新型神经保护剂,其可通过抑制继发性炎症反应、神经细胞凋亡等机制发挥神经保护作用。本文就促红细胞生成素在脊髓损伤中的研究进展作一综述。
Spinal cord injury,with high rate of disability and incidence,threatens the life and health of patients,and has no safe and effective treatment at present.Erythropoietin has been widely studied as a new neuroprotective agent,protecting nerves by inhibiting the secondary inflammation and neuron apoptosis.This paper reviews the progress of erythropoietin in spinal cord injury.
