肿瘤患者铜绿假单胞菌分布及耐药性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析本院2010—2013年住院的肿瘤患者铜绿假单胞菌分布及其对常用抗生素的耐药情况。方法分析临床送检标本中分离出的571株铜绿假单胞菌的分布情况,统计其对14种常用抗生素的耐药率。结果 571株铜绿假单胞菌中,痰标本检出354株(62.0%),气管吸出物标本检出113株(19.8%),血液、分泌液、穿刺液等标本共检出104株(18.2%);肿瘤外科检出322株(56.4%),肿瘤内科检出150株(26.3%),ICU检出99株(17.3%);38株(6.7%)对多种抗生素耐药;对头孢曲松和头孢替坦的耐药率均>94.0%,对左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、哌拉西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、妥布霉素和阿米卡星的耐药率均<10.0%。结论了解本院铜绿假单胞菌分布情况及其对常用抗生素的耐药性,对临床治疗肿瘤患者铜绿假单胞菌感染有重要作用。
