云南省不同尿碘水平地区居民碘营养现状评估 被引量:6

Evaluation of residents iodine status in the different urine iodine level regions in Yunnan province

摘要 目的调查分析不同尿碘水平地区居民的碘营养现状以及饮用水水碘含量,为食盐加碘含量的调整提供科学依据。方法根据近几年的尿碘监测资料,将云南省划分为3个尿碘水平地区,采用随机抽样法在上述的3个尿碘水平地区各随机抽取1个县,每个县随机选取3个调查点(1个城区点和2个农村点),每个调查点各随机采集20份普通人群的尿样以及60份孕妇和哺乳妇女尿样;对调查点居民所食用的所有水源水进行采样。结果 3个调查县的正常普通人群和特殊人群总的尿碘中位数分别为289.3μg/L和238.8μg/L,正常普通人群的尿碘高于特殊人群的尿碘,农村居民尿碘水平高于城区居民;饮用水水碘含量中位数为0.8μg/L,93.9%的饮用水水碘含量<10μg/L。结论正常普通人群碘营养状态总体上处于"超适宜量",特殊人群的碘营养总体上处于"适宜"水平,农村居民平均尿碘水平高于城区,饮用水水碘含量普遍较低。 Objective To survey and analyze residents iodine status in the different urine iodine level regions in Yunnan province and the concentration of drinking water, and then to provide the scientific basis for the adjustment of the iodine concentration in iodized salt. Methods Yunnan province would be divided into 3 urine iodine level regions according to urine iodine monitoring data in recent years; randomly sampled 1 county in the 3 urine iodine level regions, respectively, and randomly selected 3surveyed points( 1 urban point and 2 rural points) in each county, respectively, randomly selected 20 urine specimens of normal population in each surveyed point, and randomly selected 60 urine specimens of pregnant woman or lactation woman in each county. To collect all source waters that the residents drank in each surveyed point. Results In general, the 3 counties median urine iodine( MUI) of normal population and special population( pregnant woman and lactation woman) was 289. 3 μg / L and238. 8 μg / L, respectively, and urine iodine concentration of general population was higher than that of special population, and the MUI of population in urban was lower than rural. Water iodine concentration median was 0. 8 μg / L,and 93. 9% drinkable water specimens iodine content were lower than 10 μg / L. Conclusion Iodine nutrition status of normal population was exceeding appropriate quantity and the iodine nutrition status of special population was appropriate quantity according to the analysis result of urine iodine. The iodine concentration in drinkable waters were very low in all over the surveyed points.
