质谱技术在肿瘤蛋白质标志物研究中的应用与发展 被引量:2

The application of mass spectrometry for protein markers discovery in cancer detection

摘要 蛋白质是实现细胞功能的重要物质基础,与肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关,多种蛋白质标志物已经成功应用于肿瘤的常规临床检测。随着质谱技术的发展,定性与定量蛋白质组学研究已经在生命医学的多个领域中广泛开展。越来越多的科学研究关注于肿瘤新型蛋白质标志物的发现与应用。新型蛋白质标志物的发现显著提升了肿瘤早期诊断、病程发展和预后评估等领域的技术水平,是有效降低肿瘤死亡率和提高患者存活率的重要手段。本文基于质谱技术在蛋白组学研究中的核心技术原理与实验设计思路,对肿瘤新型蛋白质标志物研究进行了分析。 Protein is involved in a variety of biological activities and associated with disease development, such as cancer. With the development of mass spectrometry-based proteomic technologies, qualitative and quantitative analysis of protein in clinical specimen using mass spectrometry is rapidly progressing in cancer biomarker study. Novel cancer biomarker for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation is the key to reducing death rate and improving survival rate. This review summarizes mass spectrometry technologies and proteomic studies for cancer biomarker discovery.
