基于实时功能MRI的新型神经反馈技术研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 自20世纪九十年代以来,fMRI技术的发展引起了神经科学研究革命性的变化,极大地丰富了人们对大脑的认识。然而,目前fMRI数据分析一般需要经历数小时甚至数天时间,带来了质控困难、调整滞后等问题。在这种背景下,实时fMRI(real-time fMRI,rtfMRI)便应运而生。1995年Cox等[1]首次提出了构建rtfMRI系统。近十年来,基于rtfMRI的神经反馈技术逐渐引起了神经科学和临床医学领域研究人员的关注。2012年2月在瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院举行了第一届rtfMRI会议,回顾了rtfMRI神经反馈的研究进展及存在的问题[2]。笔者主要介绍rtfMRI神经反馈系统、范式以及其在神经科学、临床医学领域的研究进展。
