男性乳腺癌鼻前庭转移一例
摘要
患者男，59岁，因左乳腺癌术后7年，发现左侧鼻前庭包块3个月于2013年2月9日入院。专科检查发现患者左侧鼻前庭偏左侧鼻翼处皮肤隆起，鼻毛较右侧稀疏，表面皮肤轻微类湿疹样改变。鼻部增强CT示左侧大翼软骨外侧脚处软组织增强影，边界尚清晰（图1）。患者于8年前曾于我院行左侧乳腺癌根治术，术后病理结果为浸润性导管癌，
