摘要
通过对[Si]和炉温进行理论分析,重点探讨了京唐高炉低硅冶炼技术。认为通过稳定煤气、控制合理的软水温差、减少高炉煤气带走的热量,[Si]在0.28%~0.33%时,就能达到铁水温度1500℃,能够满足高炉炉渣良好流动性的要求。
It is discussed in the paper low silicon smelting technology of Jingtang Steel's blast furnace through theoretical analysis of Si content and furnace temperature. The author points out that it is possible to realize 1500 ℃ hot metal temperature and good flowability of BF slag when silicon content is 0.28%-0. 33% by means of stabilizing the gas, properly controlling differential temperature of soft water and reducing heat loss from blast furnace gas.
