摘要
目的考察厚朴水煎液及其总酚提取物对小鼠胃肠动力以及大鼠胃电慢波的影响,拟探讨厚朴行气消胀,"辛-行"性效关联的科学内涵。方法采用半固体糊精法,考察厚朴水煎液及厚朴总酚提取物对小鼠胃排空和小肠推进的影响;采用BL-420E+生物技能分析系统,考察厚朴水煎液及厚朴总酚提取物对大鼠胃电慢波的频率的影响。结果与空白组相比,吗丁啉组、厚朴水煎液3.00g/kg组及其总酚提取物7.00×10-2g/kg组小鼠的胃残留率显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);吗丁啉组、厚朴水煎液3.00g/kg组及厚朴总酚提取物7.00×10-2g/kg组均能极显著地促进小肠推进(P<0.01);吗丁啉组、厚朴水煎液1.50、3.00g/kg组,厚朴总酚提取物3.50×10-2,7.00×10-2g/kg组均能显著增加大鼠胃电慢波频率(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论厚朴呈现的"辛-行"关联性效,可能与促进胃电慢波频率进而增强胃动力有关;总酚提取物可能是发挥作用的物质基础。
Objective To investigate the effect of decoction and total phenol extract from Magnolia Officinalis Cortex on gastiointestinal motility and gastric electrical activity. To explore the scientific connotation that Magnolia Officinalis Cotex has the efficacy of promoting Qi circulation to relieve flatulence and the connection between its efficacy and pungent flavor. Methods The black semisolid nutrient paste was intragastrically given to the mice and gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion were detected at the same time; the frequency of rat's slow wave in gastric eletrogram were detected by BL- 420 E + biological skills analysis system,to investigate the influence of decoction and total phenols extract of Magnolia Officinalis Cotex on it. Results Compared to the reference group,treated with physiological saline,Domperidone,Magnolia Officinalis Cotex decoction( 3. 00 g / kg) and total phenol extract of Magnolia Officinalis Cotex( 7. 00 × 10- 2g / kg) could remarkably reduce the gastric residual rate and enhance the small intestine propulsion of mice( P 0. 01,P 0. 05). In addition,Domperidone,Magnolia officinalis Decoction( 3. 00 g / kg,1.5g / kg) and total phenol extract of Magnolia Officinalis Cotex( 7. 00 × 10- 2g / kg,3. 50 × 10- 2g / kg) could remarkably increase the frequency of rat's slow wave in gastric eletrogram( P 0. 01,P 0. 05). Conclusion The connection between the efficacy and pungent flavor of Magnolia Officinalis Cotex is prospectively associated with the promotion of the frequencies of rat's slow wave in gastric eletrogram and then enhance gastrointestinal motility,and the total phenol extract may be the functional substantial basis.
