不同中成药辅助治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的成本-效果分析

Different adjuvant treatment of acute viral myocarditis Chinese medicine cost-effectiveness analysis and ultrasound monitoring

目的探讨喜炎平注射液、炎琥宁注射液、苦碟子注射液针辅助治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的成本-效果情况以及药物不良反应情况,以期以最低的成本取得最好的效果。方法以(某院)2010年1月至2012年1月的45例急性病毒性心肌炎患者为研究对象,分成3组,每组15例,分别予以喜炎平注射液、炎琥宁注射液、苦碟子注射液针辅助治疗,比较三组之间的成本-效果情况和药物不良反应,比较治疗前后超声心动图。结果喜炎平注射液、炎琥宁注射液、苦碟子注射液针的有效率分别为80%、86.7%、86.7%;成本-效果分别为174.3、146.06、286.65;在降低10%成本情况下,三组的成本-效果敏感度为174.3、158.28、310.66;在不良反应中,苦碟子注射液的不良反应最低,为13.33%,其次为26.67%,最高为33.33%。结论炎琥宁注射液辅助治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的成本-效果最满意,不良反应相对较低。

Objective To investigate Xiyanping injection,Yanhuning,KDZ needle adjuvant treatment of acute viral myocarditis costs- as well as the effect of adverse drug reactions,the lowest cost to get the best results,analysis ultrasound in patients with acute viral myocarditis before and after the performance. Methods 45 cases of acute viral myocarditis in November 2010- 2012 in January for the study were divided into three groups,15 cases in each group,Xiyanping injection,Yanhuning,KDZ needle adjuvant therapy,respectively; cost comparisons between the three groups- the effect of conditions and adverse drug reactions compared before and after treatment echocardiography. Results Xiyanping injection,Yanhuning,KDZ needle efficiency were 80% and 86. 7%,86. 7%; cost- effectiveness were 174. 3,146. 06,286. 65; 10% reduction in the cost of the case,three sets of cost- effectiveness sensitivity 174.3,158. 28,310. 66; in adverse reactions,adverse reactions lowest KDZ of 13. 33 %. Secondly,of 26. 67%. The highest was 33. 33 %.Conclusion Yanhuning injection therapy ancillary costs of acute viral myocarditis- the most satisfactory results,relatively low adverse reactions.
