摘要
西药以糖皮质激素为主的支气管哮喘序贯治疗方案已经写入哮喘防治指南,但长期应用激素存在一定的副作用。中医药防治支气管哮喘在哮喘急性发作期及缓解期均有较好疗效。开展针对哮喘的中医药全病程治疗研究,对于发挥中医药优势,控制哮喘的急性发作,减少激素应用及不良反应具有重要意义。
The sequential therapy with glucocorticoid- based of the treatment of bronchial asthma has been written Asthma Guide. But long- term application of glucocorticoid has certain side effects. Traditional Chinese Medicine has good curative effect in prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma acute episode and remission of asthma. Carrying out researches of the whole course of the treatment of TCM for asthma is great significant for giving full play to the advantages of TCM,controlling asthma acute attack and reducing the glucocorticoid application and adverse reaction.
