摘要
高校工会是高校的基层组织,是学校党政联系教职工的桥梁和纽带,高校工会工作是高校整个工作的重要组成部分。新时期高校工会必须以党的群众路线为指导,以群众满意度为标准,将密切联系群众形成制度化,并建立长效机制,加强学习型、服务型、创新型工会干部队伍建设,提升工会干部工作能力和水平,促进高校工会工作的创新和创优。具体来说,就是要践行群众路线,强化自身建设,推动高校工会干部工作能力和水平的进一步提高;维护教职工合法权益,完善服务举措,推动群众满意度的进一步提升;建立群众互动工作机制,创新活动思路,推动教职工主人翁意识的进一步增强。
As a primary organization in universities, trade union is an essential organization in the connection between leaders and staff, as well as an important part in the whole college work. In the new age, trade union must be guided by the Party’s mass line and take crowd’s satisfaction as the standard. It becomes systematic by the contact with the mass. In addition, it should establish a long-term mechanism, develop a study-oriented, ser-vice-oriented and innovation type cadre team, improve the working capacity and level, and promote innovative and excellent growth of work. Specifi-cally, the Union should practice mass line, reinforce self-construction, and improve the working capacity and level of leaders. Besides, it should safe-guard legitimate rights and interests of staff, perfect service measures, and enhance the mass’satisfaction. Furthermore, it should establish interactive mechanism, create the train of thought, and strengthen the sense of ownership of staff.
