从肥胖起因的角度谈运动减肥

摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高和交通工具的发展,由多食、少动等引起的肥胖人数与日俱增,根据有关报道和相关文献,我将从遗传因素、睡眠质量、本体意识、饮食、新陈代谢和外界因素这六个方面来探讨肥胖的成因,并在此基础上探讨如何通过运动来减肥.
