摘要 目的筛选微波法提取芦荟黄酮的条件,给岀微波法提取芦荟黄酮的最佳工艺。方法以正交试验为基础,利用光谱技术为辅助,构建微波辐射下,提取芦荟黄酮优化模式。通过比较法考察三种不同提法的提取效率。结果微波提取法的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率为560 W、乙醇浓度80%、料液比为1∶300(g∶mL)、微波加热时间为60s,此时黄酮类化合物的提取率为2.340%。结论微波提取法的提取效率优于乙醇回流法和超声波法,操作简单、省时高效、降低成本,可运用于天然药用植物药用成分的提取。 Objective—To obtain the best extraction process of aloe flavonoids with microwave method through screening the conditions of microwave extraction for aloeflavonoids.Methods—Based on the orthogonal test,spectroscopy was used to analyze the extracts,and an optimized model was created to extract aloe flavonoids with the assistance of microwave radiation.Results—Through comparing the extraction efficiency of three different extraction method,the extraction rate of flavonoids reached 2.340% under the optimum conditions of the microwave extraction method(i.e.560 W of microwave power,80% of ethanol concentration,solid-ethanol ratio of 1to 300(g ∶ mL),60 sof microwave heating time.Conclusion—The efficiency of microwave extraction is superior to that of ethanol reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction.The microwave extraction boasts simple operation,time saving and high efficiency as well as cost reduction,so it can be used in the extraction of natural medicinal ingredients.
