胸腔镜下肺体外牵出技术的应用 被引量：2

摘要 2004年11月至2013年11月,我们完成各类电视胸腔镜手术1 009例,其中167例应用了肺体外牵出技术,占16.55％.现将肺体外牵出技术的要点、适应证及影响牵出长度的因素总结、探讨如下. 资料和方法 167例患者中男121例,女46例;年龄15～59岁.91例胸腔镜下stapler离断大部分需切除肺组织,为节约耗材而将剩余未切断肺组织牵出体外处理：肺大疱手术86例,肺裂伤修复5例;全胸腔镜下通过肺体外牵出技术完成手术69例：肺大疱切除52例,肺裂伤修复13例,肺内小结节切除4例;胸腔镜辅助小切口手术应用体外牵出技术主要为：肺减容术3例,胸膜剥脱术4例.术中测量了不同肺段牵出体外的长度.
