Risk factors for recurrence of chronic atrophic gastritis: A comparative study

摘要 目的:探讨各种可能危险因素与慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)复发风险的关系,为胃癌癌前病变的个体化预防提供科学依据.方法:CAG病变经中药治疗后胃镜检查痊愈的患者560例,其中再次发病的病例84例作为复发组,在余下的476例未复发的健康患者中用SAS 9.2统计软件生成随机序列号随机抽取84例作为对照组,即未复发组,两组共168例;对两组多种危险因素进行描述性对比分析.结果:与未复发组比较,复发组中的胃溃疡个人史、服用阿司匹林等非甾体药的使用、主食汤泡饭、服用复合维生素(如善存)、每日食用水果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:胃溃疡个人史、服用阿司匹林等非甾体抗炎药的使用、主食汤泡饭对萎缩性胃炎的复发有一定促进作用,服用复合维生素(如善存)和每日食用水果对萎缩性胃炎的复发有一定抑制作用. AIM: To investigate the risk factors for recurrence of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG). METHODS: Five hundred and sixty patients who underwent previous treatment for CAG were initially enrolled, including 84 recurrent cases and 476 non-recurrent cases. The 84 recurrent cases served as an experimental group, and 84 cases were selected randomly from the 476 non-recurrent cases to comprise a control group. A comparative study was performed between the two groups to identify the risk factors for CAG recurrence. RESULTS: There were significant differences in personal history of gastric ulcer(GU), usage of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(such as aspirin), mixed meal of rice and soup, daily consumption of fruit, and daily multivitamin tablets between the two groups. CONCLUSION: Personal history of gastric ulcer, usage of non-steroidal drugs(aspirin), and mixed meal of rice and soup are risk factors for the relapse of CAG; daily consumption of fruit and daily multivitamin tablets are protective factors.
