摘要
随着城市建设的逐步深入,城市范围飞速扩张,各大小城市经常遭受洪涝灾害的威胁,同时水环境遭到不同程度的破坏,严重影响甚至制约着城市的可持续发展。城市水环境的治理及雨洪控制与利用迫在眉睫。本文以株洲市"一江四港"工程为例,结合其规划与工程设计情况,就雨水收集、雨洪控制、水资源利用、水质净化等方面,提出水环境综合治理的工程技术措施。
With the rapidly expansion and gradual deepening planning of modern city,every large-and-medium cities are frequently threatened by flood disaster, meanwhile the water environment has been destructed to varying degrees, which seriously affects and even restricts the sustainable development of cities. Therefore, stormwater management and utilization of urban water environment is imminent. According to the planning and engineering design of "one river and four fort" project in ZhuZhou, technical measures of comprehens ive water envi ronment treatment were proposed in different aspects,such as rainwater collection, stormwater management, water resources utilization,water purification, etc.
